Review content:
My daughter had a really bad experience. She took her barely used baby clothes there and a new swing that was used 3 times. She dropped everything off on a Sunday and waited for a call, She never received a call back that day to see if they accepted her items. She called them on Tuesday and they could not find her information in the system and they did not know where her items were. After a few calls back and forth they finally told her her items were donated (including the brand new swing) and they gave her $20.00. A message was left with the owner and he never called back to try to remedy the situation. I think that shows what kind of buissness owner he is. I will not shop at Once upon a child or Plato's closet in Kirkwood.
