if there is 0 star i'll give it to NIHAO construction
this company made a 5 years roof certification. but just right after couple months, they denied that roof leaking is not included in the certification. WTH?!!!
it's 2nd time roof leaking, and it's been 1+ week already. the guy stopped by last week and had no idea what's going on, just did a quick ""fix"". so of course it's still leaking and even worse. then never return our calls afterwards.
i'll report it to Washington State Dept of Industries and Washington State Dept of Insurance for insurance and warranty fraud!
