I don't have any comparison to use, but I was overall satisfied with the job. This last job was the second time we had the carpet cleaned and both times it turned out really well. I also love that you can walk on the carpet immediately after it's done. I have never used a steamer but I know you have to wait for quite some time before being able to walk on the carpets again, so this service made life easier. The service man who did the job was friendly and helpful.
