Mark and I met on the Internet while I was surfing for investment property to remodel. Over the past two years we have worked together to sell and purchase two houses. Throughout the long arduous process to decide whether to remodel or to sell a home that I had owned for over 10 years, Mark was continually helpful and above all patient. He provided me with extensive information so that I could make an educated decision. He was positive minded and always up-beat. He listened to what I was trying to accomplish and guided me down the road towards a profitable decision.
