Businiess name:  Wendy's

Review content:
When this Wendy's remodeled last year, they improved the building, but not the staff. Almost every drive-through order my family has gotten here in the past year has been wrong. We only continue to patronize this restaurant because of the limited fast food choices in town and the food is usually the standard Wendy's fare, which we like. They routinely give you sweet tea when you asked for (and the ordering screen confirmed) unsweetened - or vice versa. If you ask for anything custom - like no onions or pickles - there is a 60% chance it will still be on your sandwich. They never put salt and ketchup in the bag when you order fries, yet have a snarling attitude if you request it at the window. The person at the first window who takes your money rarely says 'thank you"". We usually drive away from this Wendy's wishing we had gone elsewhere. They could take a few customer service lessons from the Wendy's on Shannon Road in Durham!
