They are NOT BBB ACCREDITED like they will tell you!! Please check the BBB and find a honest company that is. We found this out too late... They changed the contract after they had more than 90% of our house loaded on to their truck!! By the way, with some searching, we found another family that M and M did the SAME EXACT thing to, the same week!!!!! We contacted the other family and were amazed at how similar our stories were. SO DISHONEST!!! After they held our household goods for 2 and 1/2 months, we finally received our household items (after they kept on changing their contract...of coarse they wanted us to pay more). The damage they did was beyond our belief (our baby was 4 months old at the time and his brand new crib looks like they dragged it behind the truck)! They did not blanket wrap furniture (as they said they would in the contract) and did not put our mattresses in mattress boxes (like they stated they would in the contract), the list goes on and on. We still have not received our claim check, that they continually to say it is in the mail. Hmmmmmm... ;). Don't give this company your money, for them to turn around and want more after damaging your furniture! They will break every contract they sign...with a smile on their face!!
PLEASE!!! This company is very dishonest. I am happy a few people have had good luck. They are the lucky ones! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will regret it like we do!! Please do research and check out the BBB and the FMCSA (Fedral motor carriers...this company already has a complaint within the FMCSA). Good luck to you and your move!
