I took my mother To the diner for her Birthday.Our food came out cold not 1 time but 2 times Third time was better but by that time i was not to hungry because i was a lil aggravated already so I only ate half my meal...We got to the diner at 5:30pm and did not get out till about 7pm because we had to wait while they re made our order.The Waiter was very pleasant and friendly.The Manager did apologize A few times but all he was able to do was give me 10% off the check witch i found was not to my satisfactory because the food was cold 2 times .......I will not be returning to the silver diner to eat again...
They sent me a couple Certificates i went bk and when i did it was better the food came out hot and the service was better
