Review content:
I rented a house from Savoie Realty and these people are crooks at best. They will not fix anything in the house, but will give every excuse in the book as to why their maintenance man has not showed up yet. We lived at 127 Dijon Dr for 2 years and basically put up with their crap because I am military and move every 3 years anyway so I didn't want to have to move unless I had to. Well there where things broken in the house that where still broken when I moved out, the garage door was broken the whole time I lived there but was told that because it went up and down it was good (they replaced it as soon as I moved out). The final thing that made me move out was we found mold in the house and Sharon Savoie (the owner) told me that all houses in this area have mold in them and that the only thing she would do was PAINT OVER IT! I requested that they put a vent fan in the bathroom that had the mold and after a very aggressive phone call with Sharon Savoie she said she would see about putting in a vent fan. Well the electrician came out and said he could put on in so we set up a time for him to do it. Well we turned in out 30 notices after that and she cancelled the electrician and didn't tell us. Then for our move out inspection she is charging us for stuff that was missing when we moved in. The house was not clean when we moved in and even thought I spent 10hrs cleaning on move out I was told by the property manager that it was not clean enough and that they would have to hire someone to come in. All in all if you are going to rent from Savoie Realty talk to the neighbors first you can be amazed what you might find out.
