Review content:
This flooring and tile company is a nightmare. They installed glass tile in my shower which was mildewed. Albeit they retiled the shower at their expense which I would expect any company to do. When it came to reinstall the shower door, I begged them to use M and M glass who had originally installed the door and did a PERFECT job. Michael Hebert, the owner and Russell, the installation manager, insisted on using their own glass company, Abstract Glass (AG) that the owner and workers did not have a clue of what they were doing. Sure enough, they came out and spent 5 hours making the biggest mess you have ever witnessed. Two glass companies came to look at the disaster and said as follows: the gaskets were not even installed; there was one inch opening at the top of the shower door which was not even hung properly; screws were halfway installed, sticking out all over the sides, the bottom was upside down; the top threshold was completely out of sync; there was caulk all over the door and shower, everywhere except the cracks where it was intended and the list goes on. The copper shower heal was completely chipped with most of the paint gone.
