Review content:
We had a terrible experience, all around the way around. I wish we knew then what we know now, because we would never have boarded our dogs there. My husband and I continue to hear horror stories about the dirty environment (behind the scenes) and unprofessional owner. Several dog/cat owners we recently spoke with said their pets became ill shortly after being boarded at this facility. When we picked up our 2 dogs, we realized that there was still quite a bit of food left in their bag, which meant they missed meals and were not even fed according to our instructions. One gentleman who boarded his dog there even told us that medication that was to be given to his dog was still in his bag when he picked him up and never administered! The most alarming common thread in these stories is the owner's cavalier attitude when these concerns were calmly voiced to her. Apparently, she becomes very rude and defensive, instead of offering an explanation or an apology. I wonder.....if the owners are being treated so badly, how are the animals being treated when we're not there? I'm sorry, we board our babies quite frequently and will never go back.
