Review content:
I have been to Savannah Tea House multiple times and every time I swear I will not go back again. Although it is one of the only tea rooms in Nashville and it does has a cute atmosphere the staff and manager are terrible. Every time I go in they are extremely rude and slow.
I went with my grandmother and all of the women in our family and after 2 1/2 hours of terrible service and sub-par food, my grandmother paid for us and left a 10% tip. The owner came back to our table, and in front of everyone demanded a larger tip. It was awful.
Another time I was scheduled to go with a group of girlfriends, and one of them came down with the flu the day before we were to have tea. I called to tell them that we would have one less person and they said it didn't matter, beacuse they had already charged by credit card for the full amount and they would not refund it. So i had to pay an extra $20 for someone who did not even get to come.
The atmosphere is not worth giving business to people who seem so annoyed to have customers.
