I found that Todd from A Plus Storage was very personable. He treated me not as someone who he was there to do business with, although that was part of it, but he treated me as a person. He expressed respect, made eye contact, and said thins that were very personable. He was very detailed in the type of service that they provided, and he took me around on a tour and was very patient, even though I expected that. It was just nice that he was so patient, and he took his time with me.
