Wow, what a disappointment! This company was absolutely terrible and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. We used NJ Pro Movers for a simple move. Leena sounded great on the phone and we were pleased with giving this company our business. What a mistake! The crew was a few young kids...it didn't look like any of the three was over 20. The driver of the moving truck struck a mailbox and ripped it off the post. In addition, the impact partially pulled the post out of the ground. I understand accidents happen so I tried not making a big deal of it. However, the driver and crew spent over 40 minutes trying to fix the mailbox and when I spoke to Leena on the phone she stated, ""it's only a $20 mailbox...why are you making a big deal of it?"" Hmmm, her attitude didn't seem like the right way to treat customers whose property you just damaged! I was then told that I was being charged for the time being spent by the workers to repair the broken mailbox. Let me get this right.....you damage my property and then are still billing me for the time spent trying to fix your mistakes??? Please, Please, Please stay away from this company!!!
