Review content:
I brought my Toro mower to this shop, they were hard to find as they were tucked way in the back of the shopping center. I almost gave up and headed to Lowes to buy a new mower as I was just about certain that my mower was beyond repair anyway. I sure am glad I didn't! The owner of the shop was there, and I explained that I had hit a stump while mowing and the mower would barely run at all, sputtering, backfiring, and shaking. I figured I had killed my 500 dollar mower, that I had enjoyed for nearly ten years. The owner, I'm sorry but I don't remember his name, spent a couple of minutes diagnosing the mower, he told me it could be a sheared flywheel key (good) or a bent crank (bad). He pulled it apart WHILE I WAITED! And replaced the key. It started and ran perfectly! I left it for a tune-up and got it back a couple of days later, I hadn't had it tuned up in at least five years and I can't believe the difference. It starts and runs like new, and the total bill was less than a hundred bucks. I was resigned to having to spend a lot more. They were super freindly, explained everything, and even loaded my mower in the car for me. I will never go anywhere else, it is worth the hassle of trying to find this shop, these guys are great!
