While I only chose this dentist based on the good reviews I saw on various opinion forums, I was highly disspaointed in the treatment the receptionist gave me. I was pressured into making a followup appt. just a few days after my inital cleaning appt and when I realized I just wasnt going to be able to make the follow-up and would need to re-schedule, the receptionist fought me on the issue. I had to call 3 times before she agreed to cancel it after explaining that it just wasnt in my budget that week. And then she called me the very next day wanting to re-schedule. I will not be re-sceduling. I am frankly scared of the recptionist at this point. And what if I needed to re-schedule or change my appt. in the future? Its so not worth the stress.
