Review content:
I left off my printer to be fixed. The paper did not get stuck in printer, but would always stall, then print 3 or 4 pieces at one time. I was told it would be ready in a few days and would be called when ready. I waited 6 days, but got no call. Went to store and was told it was ready and that they called me a few times to say the printer was ready. They told me the number, which was correct, but I had no record on phone that I was called. Took printer home and was astonished that not only was it not fixed, but the color was all distorted and you could not make out the words on any of the paper that I could get through to print. The print was extremely was too light to read despite the fact that a new black and color cartlidge was put in a week earlier. After charging me $70.00 for nothing, they wanted to charge me another $80 to fix the color and print. The above should have been evident to these people when they had the printer in their hands originally. If I knew it was going to cost me a total of $150 or more in the first place, I would have brought a new printer and not have to deal with incompetance stated above.
