Okay. Here's the situation. My parents went away on a weeks vacation. Wait, that's the theme to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Sorry. Back to the situation. We live in southern NH and let's face it, if you want trendy + hip places to eat, you can forgetta 'bout it. Last time I checked, Long Horn and Applebees wasn't trendy OR hip. When I dine, I want to escape my life and live a fantasy life. I want to be rich and living la vida loca, having just stepped off my yacht. I want to walk into a restaurant and feel amazing because of the ambiance that it wraps me in. Like silk, I want to slip smoothly into a lifestyle metamorphisis. Around me may be all soccer moms, but sweetheart, they are wearing Prada tonight and no one even knows they just left the field with little Johnney screaming in the back of the minivan. See, they are pretending that they too, are living the lush life on 5th Avenue. We all want escapism. We all want THAT feeling - a place that slips us into the good life for the evening, a place that lights our spark... CR Sparks does just that. Succulent food. Amazing service. Great bar, Exceptional Service. Yum-o Desserts, and a Chic + Hip Environment (you'd think you were in a major city when you walk in). Sure, you'll easily spend $75-150 on a meal for two - but you can also spend under $50 if you split a delicious gourmet pizza, an appetizer, and 2 glasses of wine. Best of all, if you do opt for the budget meal option (pizza + wine), you won't get the evil eye from the waiter. They will still bring you assorted rolls with a trio of spreads and serve you with style. CR Sparks is my escape in NH from NH. TIP: Do Brunch on the weekends. With mimosa, salmon cakes, and maple walnut waffles, who can go wrong? The brunch at Sparks is great!
