Worst Customer Service in their Service Department. When you pull in they don't say ""Hello"" or ""How may I help you."" It's ""Do you have an appointment"" . If you say 'No"" they next ask ""Are you dropping your vehicle off?"" I spent $2,800.00 getting my vehicle going, which included a $600.00 a/c repair...which didn't even last 4 weeks. When I took it back the Svc tech said he didn't think I had it fixed there and tried charging me another $40.00 just to test it. I argued and he said he would do it as a favor. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and thief and he made no reply. Now it's been another 9 months and the a/c is not working again. They tested it and claim I need another $1,300.00 plus in a/c repairs! I would assume the warranty and guarantee of svcs would cover this....guess not. Every time I go to this dealership I always have to go back. I actually went there to get a flat fixed and they put my spare in the back of my Explorer, instead of underneath, where the spare goes!!! WTF? Saw it when I got home and had to drive 20 miles back to get it put in it's place. IDIOTS!!! Anyway, I hope no other female goes to these people as they can't fix crap and charge you out the ass. Will drive the 86 miles, one way, to Bartow Ford where the service is worth the drive!
