Review content:
My husband took me to Chili's for lunch when I was 7 months pregnant. When we entered the restaurant, there was no one to greet us at the door for about 5 mins...we contemplated leaving then suddenly the manager came and escorted us to our seats and was a sour puss herself. We waited some more for a server and as I sat there, I couldn?t help but notice how unpleasant most of the wait staff was...Finally our server graced us with her scowling face and down right rude tone and gestures- it was then I told my husband that these folks are rude and we should leave. My husband is very easy going and said no, they are busy and that's why they appear to be in a ?frenzy?. I went along with his theory until our sorry server literally PUSHED my hand off the table with a hot platter and didn't even bother to apologize!!!! My husband and I were dumb founded? We didn't bother wasting our time reporting it to the manager because from the looks of things we were pretty sure nothing was going to be addressed with that employee. We asked for our check-cancelled our order, left and have never been to Chili's since. Sad to say, but a lot of our friends and co-workers feel the same way about this restaurant. Don?t eat at Chili?s!!!!! Olive Garden, Tony?s Seafood and Outback offer much better service!
