Review content:
All American Property Management (now aka Real Property Management) is the worst company you can imagine to have to manage your property. When they say they will take care of something, they are lying. A simple courtesy notice to have lawn taken care of became a five-month issue that led to a fine from our HOA. That was the breaking point for us to leave them. When we told them we did not want to continue with their service because of poor management, they offered to reduce the management fee to 8% from 10% and no leasing fee for the next tenant. We declined. When they realized that we were not going to stick with them, they informed us that we would be charged the 1 month of rent cancellation fee because we did not give them the 60 day notice from the contract agreement.
