This company was the worst I have ever dealt with. I had the misfortune of hiring them to manage my property. They did nothing but cause me grief. Due to their shady contract they charged me one month's rent to rent the property plus advertising fees. Once the property was rented it was like pulling teeth to get answers, they never sent me a copy of the rental contract. When the lease was almost over and it was time to show the property to future renters, because I had fired them they would not give me access to the house. Finally when I thought I would be rid of them because the lease was up and the tenant moved out, they took almost two months to give me my final month's rent. So in short STAY AWAY unless you want anxiety and grief.
