This is my first and my last time on this hair salon. I went there with a picture of what color I wanted for my highlights. Eleanor the colorist said, it's not a good choice and show me another color, I said I want what is on the picture I brought. When my hair was done, I was not happy with the result, she said , she will remedy it, but then, I was afraid it will damage my hair, but she said , it will be fine, Well, the result is not the color I expected and it was bronzy. There is no massage offered when they shampood my hair. At first I was hesitant to write a review, because all the reviews I read was positive, but then, I wanted to tell my experience with this salon. The big shocker to me is the price, they charged me $180, wow, if I am satisfied , I won't complain, but my gosh, my hair color is ugly, this is not Beverly Hills, the place is decent, but not special or extra ordinary. I get my hair cut at Vidal Sassoon in Beverly Hills, but it was worth it, for the services they offered and the treatment you receive. Anyway, I won't go back in this salon. Pros: can't think of any, Cons: pricey for the services offered and atmosphere
