I called for an estimate and was given a price right away. Great Price! The night before I received a call to confirm my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30am. I looked out my window at 7:15 and the service person was already waiting in my driveway. He came in and looked around and promptly started at 7:30. Carpets look very clean. Service was excellent. I was asked if I wanted scotchguard but declined because of the age of the carpets and he left it at that. No pressure what so ever. I would use Better Carpet Cleaners over and over again. Price was excellent and service was even better. Very professional.
