I have been going there fo a while and love it. One day my teacup schnauzer was full of knots and I was depresses because I was under the impression that they would have to shave him. She told me she would not shave his beautiful mane and that she would work extra on him to remove the knots. I pcked him up and she told me she had to shave him and when she brought him out she was just joking with me. He looked great. I was astonished that she was able to take all of those matts out.
Pros: Great service, my dog loves it, great staff
Cons: a little far for me
