I think she went in with a very BAD ATTITUDE. My family and friends have been going to Dr. Manio for years, I am the 3rd generation in our family that still visits Dr. Manio in a yearly basis. They even gave my grandma a free frame since she doesn't have anymore insurance and they fixed my broken frame for FREE! They are great and caring to all their patients. So don't listen to her. She was just having a very BAD DAY!
