Disappointed that they would sell me a pair of frames too small for me. I assumed that when I picked out a pair of frames, sat with a technician, they checked them and took measurements that they would then order them in the correct size -- and if that is not what they do, or they are not available in other sizes, they should tell you that ""this is what you'll get and these are waaay too small for you"". After trying to wear them and going back for an adjustment another tech said ""these are way too small for you"". Yeah, thanks. $500 for glasses I cannot wear.
