Review content:
Furnace went out. Rather than fix the symptom and crank up the pilot light like another company did twice, Cool Solutions showed me how this careless fix had done permanent damage to the furnace and was potentially dangerous. As it was mid-winter, they offered loaner space heaters until they could replace the unit. Work was done neatly and quickly. We have not had a problem since.
