I scheduled a vehicle for a 6.5 hour period. I specfically explained to the rep, Laura, exactly what my itininary was for the evening. She said it wouldn't be a problem. Apparently, she didn't relay the message to the driver. I was told that he had another job. What could I do at that point??? We were put in a position that where our hands were tied. I accepted it and we started our evening. We decided to leave earlier than planned. I was told that we would need to wait AN HOUR in other for another vehicle to pick us up. We were very inconvenienced!!! When I called today to explain what happened, she was irate and hung up on me TWICE! I've NEVER dealt with a company or person as unprofessional as this woman. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is ridiculous!!! When you rent a vehicle for a specific time period, there's no guarantee that you will have the option to have the availability of that vehicle. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can and should find a professional business that will honor you as a paying client!
