I have used Cathy's Rum Cakes Caterers For 26 Years! They have always exceeded my expectations. Big Or Small Cakes They have always been excited to design and make my cakes. I just picked up one of their over-the-top cakes - the smallest 6 inch. You might see it on their website - the ""Arizona"" Birthday cake with the cacti!
Pros: Integrity In Customer Service, Best Rum Cake!
Cons: Easy To Confuse With Other Knock-Off Companies
