Have no idea what this unhappyaccomodations person is talking about. They are here in the middle of the night to clean AND SALT the parking lot. Everything has been repainted in the building. Not run down. Basement is locked every night after someone does a walk through, and there are security cameras in the lobbies and entrances. People can be buzzed in at the front door through your cell phone.... You never have to leave your apartment to get them. The windows have all been replaced and there is no way anyone could ""pop them off"" from the outside. I have friends many friends who have left here and all got their deposits refunded. If you don't live like a pig, or if you just do some basic cleaning when you leave you get your deposit back. Rent is not that bad either. The only thing they don't pay is electric. Cable, Internet, Heat, and Water is all included, and there is extra off street parking and storage units available for free. Good luck to this person finding a more secure building with more amenities.
Pros: Close to campus, tons of amenities, secure
Cons: Not much parking for friends
