Rafael put a great deal of time and effort finding the perfect product to clean my delicate microsuede sectional. He arrived on time, set right to work, and cleaned my three sofas (all different fabrics) beautifully. One sofa took an hour to clean because of cat hair, and Rafael didn't miss a strand. He did an equally fine job on my three oriental rugs. Rafael kindly put my fears at ease when I showed him a few spots I had tried to spot clean (with disastrous results) and fixed them like new. Although the process took several hours, the work was excellent and the price was as well.
Pros: Excellent cleaning, both upholstery and carpeting
Cons: Rafael's attention to detail meant the job took time.
