I definitely recommend the Capital City Chop House for lunch. The prices at lunch are very reasonable, considering the fact that you're getting dinner-sized portions and quality ingredients. You can eat here for about $15 a person including the tip (if you don't get the filet). We had an appetizer and desserts, and it was still less than $25 a person. The service was also quite good, and our food arrived quickly. We finished our lunch about 45 minutes after we arrived, so we had time for dessert. We all enjoyed our food too.
