Sadly, this is a restaurant in decline. I wrote them in October about their French fries. Fries are frozen and on par with something you could get from Food Lion. Apparently, they did not care. For almost $100 per I expect hand cut fresh fries. We poled our party of 12 and to the person they said ""card board"". Bad enough that they did not fix this, their replacement creamed spinach I would not serve at my house. Their big fillet for $35. was cooked to perfection. Except it was dry and mealy. Lots of meals from other good steak houses tells me this is a no no in the future. If their is a plus side in the face of poor food, it is the quality of their staff. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't cut it any more and they don't listen to their customers. May 7 Update. Just found my new favorite Steak House. Sullivan's on Glenwood downtown. Took a party there last weekend and it was excellent. Service was superb. Food was superb. French Fries were not on the menu but they made them for me anyway. They were the best. The place was really hopping too!
