So I chose this place because its very close to my work and it was convenient for me to go in on my lunch break. BIG MISTAKE! She first quoted me to hem my wedding dress and add a hook for the bustle, then she had the nerve to charge me an extra $10. So, whatever I paid. Then I came in for my second fitting and he hadn't even touched my dress, but she had already cashed my check! She told me that she forgot and that she would have it ready tomorrow. So, I came back the next day for the second fitting and she told me to come back on the following week for the last fitting and to pick up my dress. So I go in on that day and she says that its not ready yet, and that I should have called her to remind her that I was coming! I was so angry I wanted to rip the dress out of her hands! I reminded her that I paid her an extra $10 and she didn't even have my dress ready! She said that it was because she does a really good job, WHATEVER! When I returned two days later to pick up my dress, I told her that since I had to come back so many times AND I paid an extra $10, I thought the least she could do was press my dress. She refused, saying that I only had to come back two times!!!! Don't you think that a wedding dress should have been a priority? Anyway, don't use her if you need an item altered for a specific date, because trust me, it wont be ready.
Pros: Its in the mall
Cons: Its not convenient if you have to come back several times!
