I will have to say the building was beautiful. I went into have my fake nails removed. This was done very well, although the manicure following was minimal. There was no hand or arm massage. Then I was taken to another room for the pedicure. I was left in the room with my feet in the water for a very long time. The pedicure was also less than minimal. There was no massage. The lady next to me had a glass of wine. Now I did not want a glass of wine, but I would like to have been offered. I work a lot and getting my nails and toes done is a very relaxing time for me. When I left, the lady asked me how I liked it and I told her it was very disappointing. She said that possibly next time I should get a different service and I told her that if there were different types of manicures and pedicures, it should have been presented to me. I work at a local business in Deer Park and i will make it well known that their service was less than expected. The tech was not friendly. I guess that they have enough business that they do not need to be nice and encourage new business.
