My first time coming to this office was running a little late due to traffic, parking and then finding the office. I spoke to someone and she said it will be ok and you can still come to your appointment. Arrived 17min past appointment time. Unfortunately there is a communication problem in the office where it was not relayed to the front desk people. So I had to deal with the rudeness of the receptionist telling me you may not be seen or you will have to wait for an hour. I was not 20min past my time only 17min !!!! I tried to explain to her that I spoke to someone else who said it was ok to still come in, but the receptionist would not give me the chance. Then to have her and the guy wtih the faded purple/black stripe shirt talk about me and then talk to another woman about me. It ruined the overall feeling of trust or welcome to the company and the meeting with the Dr. If the doctor was not nice I would have walked out of there. They are not qualified customer service/receptionist/front desk workers, they need more experience. It's not a hard job to do!!!! Nice doctors though!! Pros: Dr was nice and informative. Cons: Front desk gossiping about you while wait to be seen.
