Review content:
I found the medical staff to be superb. I agree the front staff is not the smiliest and could be a bit more friendly but have never been treated rude. The only issue I had with them was a follow up treatment I had for laser treatment of veins on my nose. I swear I was told there was a free follow up to get a second quick zap of the ones that return a few months later. When I found out that it was in fact a charged event I opted out. Just be very precise on what is covered by the initial charge and remember the name of the individual stating it. Maybe get documentation of any covered followups. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that I misheard them as I have been going to them for many years and been very pleased otherwise.
