Review content:
I have been in and out of this restaurant many times in my 15 years of living and dining in Mukwonago. However, i must say that this is the most deceiving of all eateries in Waukesha. The kitchen is far below OSHA and FDA codes. Complaints have already been sent to these agencies requesting intervention. I have been personal witness to unsafe meats with possible bacterial contaminants being served. Also, more importantly, i have seen the unruly wait staff handle food with uncaring and most certainly unclean hands.
Lastly, i am in knowledge of a large asbestos dump lying directly beneath the dining room. This was used in construction, being that the building has been around for decades and decades, but was never removed of. This may possibly seep into food that is prepared feet away or could even rise up through the floorboards and contaminate the entire eatery.
In my honest opinion, i believe that the Man behind this restaurant has been scheming Mukwoango diners out of hard earned cash with dirty food, and sub par quaility levels. Not to mention the lack of care expressed by fork and her team during the time period of these atrocities.
