Review content:
First let me say that the staff at the site are very friendly and helpful; but the actual cleaning is not done there. I HAD been taking my clothes there for the past 4 years until recently. I submitted for cleaning a heavily embellished Coogi top I purchased for $65, and had only worn ONCE, amongst my other cleaning . When i dropped it off, the shirt had a small oil stain on the front from food being dropped on my chest. I was assured it could be cleaned- no problem. When I picked up my clothes all was there except the mentioned shirt. I came back a week later, and the shirt was returned to me with speckles of blue dots all over the front of the shirt, which appeared to be ink, and a note attached saying this was a manufacturer's defect. Of course I was outraged. So I took the garment to another commercial cleaners for evaluation and they confirmed what I already knew- this was not a manufacturing flaw, but an error in their cleaning practices which resulted in the ruin of my shirt. I spoke to management at the facility where they clean the garments and they completely denied responsibility, made excuses, and in the end offered me $20 cash, and 10 pcs free cleaning value $18) for compensation... as if I'd trust them to clean anything else of mine. $65 shirt, $20 in compensation, you do the math. The resolution purposed indicated to me a blatant disregard for my continued business, as well as, they're lack of care or consideration for my belongings. I personally would have settled for half the cost in cash, and free alterations for remaining balance. I will not be using them to clean anything of mine EVER again, and I suggest you DO NOT have anything of value cleaned there as well.
