so, today i joined another gym - after being a member here for more than four years. initially, i joined this gym because of the classes. as the months and years progressed - the schedules became shorter and shorter. as of lately - due to school scheduling - i find that there are no classes that fit my needs. (the evening yoga classes occur at the same time as many of the boxing classes). i feel that for a gym to truly be beneficial, a variety of classes should be offered back to back. i should be able to compliment a cardio class with a yoga/pilates or other strength training class - for optimal results. yes, with any gym (as the previous rater stated) one will see results. but, for the results to continue - there must be variety and constant challenges. (also stopped taking the classes here, because they never varied after months on end. the instructors should teach at the highest level and cater to the regulars). Pros: parking Cons: classes
