THe company was quick to come out and assess situation had great ideas on how to solve problems but that was the last we seen or heard from them. THis was after a 50% deposit. Was quoted 2 weeks. On the third week was told the old awning would be removed. 4th week still had old awning. Called company and left messages (17) no response. Husband finally threatened to go to store and the awning was removed that day. after 6 weeks. now trying to get awning installed it has been three more weeks since old awning was removed and no one returns phone calls. I have a friend who heard my story and said she used this company and had the same problem. They are the worst for customer service. Not sure how the awning will be since it hasn't been installed yet. How do people get away with being in business at this level..... horrible. I wouldn't even give them a star but the program allows one to publish review!! Pros: The company was quick to come out and assess Cons: Everything
