Review content:
I booked an Elmo and Balloon Artist for my son's 2nd birthday party. The Elmo showed up over 30 minutes late and he reeked of cigarettes. The costume that the ""performer"" wore did not look at all like the picture that Castle Party Rental showed me. Just a tip- Elmo does not have blue in his costume! The balloon artists were unbelievable rude and were not acceptable to work with small children. I ended up sending both of the entertainers home early- I couldn't wait to get them out of my house and party. Both performers were total embarassments. I tried to work this out with Castle Party Rental but they were totally unprofessional and unwilling to work with me.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything about them!
