We rented a Claw Machine for the McDonald's yearly convention at the O'Hare Hyatt Regency. The event has over 2000 people attending which makes us extremely difficult and high maintenance customers.
Castle Rentals was extremely professional, helpful and patient with us the entire time, answering all of our questions, sending pictures and dimensions in a timely manner. The actual rented machine came right on time and was in great shape, and the delivery men were very friendly and polite. Our event was a complete success and Castle Rentals was a huge part of that outcome.
I asked the company about the other reviews on this site before renting with them, and they happily explained the situation and ensured there would be no problems. As promised, there weren't, so ignore the other comments, we will definitely be using Castle Rentals again in the future.
