Review content:
This place is the absolute worst! My mother and I tried Nail Pizazz for the first time the other day; we will not be returning. You don't receive a relaxing pedicure being that you're receiving a manicure at the same time. The manicurist pulled my arm across my body to do my manicure all while I was trying to relax during my pedicure. She even setup the UV lamps by the pedicure chair which is clearly not too safe being that they could easily fall in the water. Once my pedicure was finished the manicurist dragged, yes dragged me to her table where she rushed through my ""manicure."" what is important to keep in mind is while getting my pedicure the manicurist had me put my hands in the UV lamps for off and on 20 minutes; after getting to the manicure table she kept placing my hands in the UV lamps several more times. After my nails were painted she got up and walked away from the table with my hands left under the UV lamps. I took my hands and told the ""manager"" my hands were getting too hot. She forced my hands back under the UV lamps and told me a little longer. I couldn't take it anymore and I pulled my hands out cause they were too hot. I now have a blister on my finger from the lamp burning me! Nobody offered an apology or anything. All they were concerned about was trying to make me a new appointment.
This place is filthy and I have already reported them to the city and state.
