Review content:
The PHO is the best around. I've tried other Pho in lowell (pho 88, pho dat lat, Thanh Thanh) and boston (pho pastuer, pho vietnam, pho hoa), and i really do love theirs the best. I live near the lowell connector, but i drive to dracut for Pho. You would also have to try their specials as well, the ones the waiters tell you, they are always coming out with something new and its usually ahit (I've tried every single one and love them all). The atmosphere is great as well, not like most places in lowell - it definitely isn't one of those corner restaurants you see in downtown. What i love about this place is the atmosphere, it's not like the others where you sit, eat, and then leave. It's a pleasant, comfortable setting to chat w/ whomever you bring. You would want to (in many cases i do) stay, chat, and watch tv, talk to the owners and waiters. The owners love wood, nature, and plants - you can see this when you walk in. For a romantic evening come during week nights (sunday - thursday). Their weekends are usually busy due to the bar, however service has never lacked a bit. Most of the time the waiters are family and/or close friends of the family (ask them, they'll tell you how they're related) so you can expect your service to be top notch. Again, i know all of this because i've talked with all of them. The waiters will explain every detail of any questions you have of the food. Make reservation if you're coming with a group of 6 or more. The owners are always around - usually walks around to make sure everything goes well. Meal prices also makes this place a must go.
Pros: Cleanliness, Atmosphere, Great bar and bartender, Food specials
Cons: Unexpected long wait times during certain days. (rarely) - reservation suggested if more than 6 people
