I have known Dr. Natalie Topeka for some years now--I think for around 22, now! Originally, I found her, at a friend's suggestion, at Loving Hands Chiropractic in Atlanta near Tara Theatre off Lindbergh Dr. I was having an acute problem with my neck and shoulder, brought about by the kind of work I was doing at that time--standing and looking downward all day every day, resulting in a reverse curvature of my neck. She helped me tremendously, and I found that the adjustments really contributed to my overall health and wellbeing. When she closed that practice and went to work for a group, I lost track of her for a few years. Flash forward to about 3 years ago, and through a series of coincidences, I ended up finding my way back to her practice, now opened in E. Point, Ga, and was so happy to be reunited with her wonderful healing hands and nurturing spirit. She even has the same delightfully sweet woman, Stephanie, working for her behind the scenes with insurance matters, etc. It felt like coming home again. I can't say enough GOOD about this practice. Natalie truly cares about her patients, as does every person on staff at this great business. In addition to Stephanie and Natalie, she has Simone and Ky-ree working here now, and they have been great additions to the staff--every bit as caring and concerned as I have come to expect. I am very happy to see all of them each and every time I drop in for an adjustment. The care they take with their clients is obviously done with much love and great care. And they are professionals in every possible way. They know what they're doing, how to do it, and they make it all seem so effortless. It's obvious that they put a great deal of love into the business. Natalie is strong. This is important in a chiropractor. She is able to get me adjusted, even when I show up there in a fix. She gives great advice about taking care of oneself. If it wasn't for her guidance, I would probably never have found my way to doing ""core strengthening"" at the gym, which is very helpful in avoiding injuries and maintaining. Natalie also recently added Ky-ree's trigger point therapy to the front side of the adjustments she gives, and his help in finding those trigger points that need working out when in crisis have been life changing for me. I'm 47 years old, and it has made a huge difference in how it feels living inside my aging body. I take what I've learned home with me, and utilize it to work on myself when the need arises. I tell people about it all the time!! Truly remarkable, and as I said before--life changing. For my birthday, the office sent me a coupon that allowed me to get a discount on one of their other services--acupuncture or massage. It had been many moons since I'd had a massage, and I decided to use it to try Ky-ree's massage techniques out. It was truly the best massage I've ever had. He listens, and really stays aware during the massage. He's intuitive with the pressure, asks for feedback as needed, and just has a wonderful touch--very important in a massage therapist. And his trigger point work is just about the best discovery I've made for my body's health in ages. It is obvious that he loves what he does, and I will definitely be returning for more massages. Don't be fooled by his youthful appearance--this guy knows his stuff!!
