I purchased a used ATV at big 4 motor sports in April of 2009. I specifically asked the sales person if the bike was gone through and if everything was ok. He assured me that they completely go through every vehicle and everything was in excellent condition. Two weeks after the purchase ( the ATV was only used 3 times for short periods) the chain came off and tore a chunk out of the side of the engine. I took the bike to a reputable repair shop and had the bike repaired. They told me that the chain that was on the bike was completely worn out and that it's what caused the problem. I returned to Big 4 motorsports and explained the situation to them and showed them the receipt. They refused to do anything about it and said sorry. I asked them if that was the way that they wanted to do business and again all that I received was an appology. So be careful when purchasing anything from BIG 4 MOTORSPORTS becaused you might end up with a lemon that they said they went through and it was in excellent condition. I guess I should have realized that they are kind of shady when they sold me a bike for a 14 year old to ride and the law says that they are not to sell it if someone under the age of 16 is going to be riding it and they knew it because he was with me and I purchased him a helmet and a pair of goggles. Please be careful when purchasing from BIG 4 Motorsports.
