We recently purchased a spinning wheel from Paradise Fibers and they charged our credit card for the total amount of a new wheel and then we got a call saying the one they were shipping us was a used floor model they use for their spinning classes. We asked for a discount and they declined. We got a refund for the wheel but I will not buy anything else from this company. They have poor business practices! It makes me wonder if other things I purchased there were used and sold to me at full price as well. Buyer Beware!
Pros: They gave my money back.
Cons: They sell USED Items for the same price as new.
