Review content:
We found Socrates three weeks ago - he is a 5-year old large male tabby cat with striking markings and a very REGAL manner. As an older cat, he had been waiting for four months to be adopted. His photo struck our hearts when we saw him online, and we are now blessed with a WONDERFUL new member of our family! Socrates is a loving, sweet, beautiful, playful and snuggly cat. Our experience in adopting him through Julia's Jungle was terrific - they are very caring, kind folks who are committed to a lifelong bond with their animals. They microchip each animal and are always ready to help again if needed, always THERE for each animal who comes to them. Socrates is an example of this commitment - he had been born in their shelter, adopted out for several years, lost, then found, but no longer had a family to return to. Julia's Jungle nursed him back to health and patiently waited for him to be ""rescued"". Socrates is settling in very nicely with us - he is Soooo happy to a last be enjoying his new ""kingdom"" and getting to know us. We were very impressed with the quality of care Socrates received while at Julia's Jungle, and their kind, professional and heartfelt interest in the welfare of Socrates.
