I recently decided to try Julia's Jungle for dog grooming after getting rave reviews from a friend. I took my dog in two weeks ago, and he came back with a partially torn dew-claw. I had to take him to my vet to have it surgically removed, at a cost of $240. I sent an email to them, and received a call back. I was told I should have brought my dog back to their vet and they would have taken care of it for free but if I needed more antibiotics for him, they would give those to me for free? REALLY--this is what passes for good customer service?!?
